About Me

Hi I am Chance Nielsen. I am a multimedia artist.

I have been experimenting with computer programming for over eight years. I enjoyed creating things on my computer from a young age but during COVID while being stuck inside my interest in computer programming truly flourished. I now have certificates in HTML/CSS and Javascript. I enjoy the challenge of learning new multimedia skills and the ability to share my creations with others. Creating games has led me to compose music, hand draw characters, paint, animate and 3D model to include in them. So far, I have created 2 complete video games and dozens of game demos and other assets. I have been consistently creating content for my own projects and other indie game developers for the last three years.

Clonlara has been very helpful in allowing me to use my time in ways that interest me. I appreciate the opportunity to learn skills in my own way while still earning a high school diploma. I plan to continue using this self driven learning style into my college career as I pursue a degree in Geographic Information Science at the University of Minnesota Duluth.
